  9. What are Baker's lead times?
  10. We ship standard product approximately 4-5 weeks from receipt of a purchase order. Please contact your Regional Manager or Customer Service if you have specific lead time requests.
  11. What are the standard discounts?
  12. Please contact your Regional Manager or Customer Service for standard discounting as well as special project discounting.
  13. What does recommended "pinch clearance" mean?
  14. Since height adjustable tables move vertically, it is recommended that a small gap between adjacent surfaces be provided. All Baker height adjustable tables have this “pinch clearance” built into the surface design allowing the table to move freely.
  15. Can Baker produce special products?
  16. Yes. Baker is vertically integrated with R&D, design, engineering, and manufacturing under one roof. We have extensive experience in producing special products in quantities of one to many thousands. Please contact your Regional Manager for more information.
  17. Why does Baker have so many height adjustable mechanisms and multiple ranges?
  18. Baker believes that a "one size fits all" approach to ergonomic products does not work and can be costly. Baker provides multiple height ranges and different types of height adjustable mechanisms in order to provide the best product for your particular need. In addition to cost, it is important to consider the individual users daily task, equipment and space requirements as well as their physical height to provide an effective solution.
  19. Does Baker manufacture only height adjustable tables?
  20. No. Baker has a full vocabulary of very affordable fixed height tables within the NEXT, M Collection and Zydeco product lines. These can be used stand-alone or to configure complete private offices or workstations.
